Low Commissions
IBR Realty's commissions are determined by who finds the buyer. We are not a "For-Sale-by-Owner" company, but we have a variable rate which rewards the homeowner or agent if they find the buyer before another MLS agent finds the buyer.
2% if the homeowner finds the buyer.
4% if the listing agent finds the buyer.
5% if another MLS agent finds the buyer.
